How Replio Was Born

From fast food enthusiasts to Allegro sellers to AI innovators

Three Friends, One Passion

We are a trio of friends who were first brought together by our love for fast food — and later, by our passion for programming. Each of us is a professional software developer, and for many years we've been working together on side projects for fun. Although we now live in different cities — and even different countries — we stay connected online, creating new products and projects with passion and dedication.

Becoming Allegro Sellers

Alongside our full-time jobs, each of us started selling on Allegro just to make some extra money. One of us sold electronics, another sold toys, and the third did dropshipping. By sharing knowledge and trade secrets, we quickly began receiving anywhere from 200 to 900 orders per month, averaging around 500. That's when we hit a problem: we couldn't keep up with orders and customer service. Negative feedback started to pile up.

The Customer Service Nightmare

Messages, disputes, and complaints were taking up an enormous amount of time. We had a huge catalog of products, and customers were asking about every tiny detail. We didn't always remember the specifics, so we constantly had to check descriptions and reply manually. Then came refund requests, discussions, complaints — it was exhausting. Even with ChatGPT, things were still slow because of all the manual copying and pasting.

Building Our Solution

That's when we came up with a brilliant idea: to build a custom tool just for ourselves — something that would automate customer service and solve the problem for good. After months of hard work in the evenings, sore eyes from endless screen time, and far too much coffee, we finally built our internal tool. It exceeded our expectations — it worked amazingly well!

The Transformation

Most of our negative points on Allegro came from delayed replies and slow responses in discussions, but after using our tool, the improvement was visible almost overnight. We were thrilled. Then it hit us: 'If we had these problems, other Allegro sellers must have them too!'

So we decided to turn our internal project into a commercial product — one that's simple to use, practical, and genuinely helpful to sellers. More hard work, more sleepless nights, and countless cups of coffee later... Replio was born — an AI Assistant for Allegro, created by sellers, for sellers.
