By accessing and using Allegro AI ("Service"), operated by Windify Digital Services Patryk Wichrowski ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Allegro AI is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered customer support automation for Allegro marketplace sellers. Our Service includes:

• AI-generated responses to customer messages using OpenAI GPT-4 and GPT-5
• Message synchronization and management from Allegro
• Dispute and claim management tools
• Order tracking and management
• Optional third-party integrations (Google Drive, Todoist, DHL)

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Allegro Account Connection

By connecting your Allegro account to our Service:

• You authorize us to access your Allegro data (messages, orders, products, disputes) via Allegro API
• You confirm you have the right to share this data with our Service
• You can revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your Allegro account in Settings

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Subscription Tiers

• Free Plan: Free plan with limited features
• Premium Plan: $29/month or $290/year - includes $50 AI credits monthly, advanced features, priority support
• Enterprise Plan: $99/month or $990/year - unlimited AI credits, multi-account support, dedicated support

Payment Terms

• Paid subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the date of payment
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• All prices are in USD
• Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Access or attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Windify Digital Services Patryk Wichrowski and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINDIFY DIGITAL SERVICES PATRYK WICHROWSKI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Windify Digital Services Patryk Wichrowski from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• Conduct that could damage or impair the Service
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
