Introducing the Replio Auto-Responder – Never Miss a Customer Message

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Replio Auto-Responder, a powerful tool designed to keep your response times low and your customers happy, even when you're away from the keyboard.

As an Allegro seller, you know that response time is a key metric. Delays can lead to lost sales and lower seller ratings. But you can't be online 24/7. That's where the Auto-Responder comes in.

What Can the Auto-Responder Do?

The Auto-Responder allows you to create flexible rules that automatically reply to incoming events. Whether it's a simple "We received your order" or offering help during a dispute, Replio handles it for you.

1. Trigger Types

You can set up rules for different types of events:

  • Messages: Reply to buyer questions instantly.
  • New Orders: Send a thank-you note or shipping information as soon as an order is placed.
  • Disputes: Acknowledge disputes immediately to reassure the buyer that you are looking into the issue.

2. Smart Scheduling

You don't want to sound robotic or reply instantly when you are actively working. The scheduler lets you decide when the auto-responder is active:

  • Always: For 24/7 coverage.
  • Weekends: Perfect for covering Friday evenings through Sunday nights.
  • Custom Schedule: Define specific hours for each day of the week (e.g., enable it only from 5 PM to 9 AM).

3. Keyword Filtering

Want to send a specific message about returns? You can add keyword filters (e.g., "return", "refund") so that a specific rule only triggers when the buyer's message contains those words.

4. AI-Powered Templates

Not sure what to write? We've integrated AI generation directly into the rule editor. Just describe what you want the message to say (e.g., "Polite weekend away message mentioning we return Monday"), and Replio will generate a professional template for you.

How to Get Started

  1. Navigate to the Auto-Responder tab in your Replio dashboard.
  2. Click Create Rule.
  3. Choose your trigger (Message, Order, or Dispute).
  4. Set your schedule and optional keywords.
  5. Write your message (or use AI to generate it).
  6. Hit Save, and you're done!

Best Practices

  • Be Transparent: Let customers know this is an automated message and tell them when a human will follow up.
  • Use Variables: personalize messages with {{client}} (buyer's name) and {{offer}} (offer title) to make them feel more personal.
  • Don't Overdo It: Use granular schedules to ensure you aren't auto-replying while you are also trying to chat manually.
