Introducing Integrated Todos – Task Management Built for Marketplace Sellers
Every Allegro or Empik seller has been there. A customer asks about a delayed shipment, you need to check with the courier, but right now you are in the middle of handling 30 other messages. You tell yourself you will come back to it. You don't.
External task managers do not solve this problem. They live in a separate tab, disconnected from the conversations that created the tasks in the first place. By the time you switch contexts, the urgency is lost.
That is why we built Integrated Todos directly into Replio.
Tasks That Know Where They Came From
The key difference between Replio's todos and a generic task list is context. Every task can be linked to a specific message thread or dispute.
When you open a todo, you see exactly which conversation triggered it. One click takes you back to the original thread. No searching, no guessing, no "which customer was this about?" moments.
This works in two directions:
- From a conversation: While reading a customer message, create a todo with a single click. The thread link is attached automatically.
- From the todo list: Browse your tasks and jump to the linked conversation whenever you need context.
Let the AI Create Tasks for You
You do not even have to create todos manually. When you are chatting with Replio's AI assistant inside a message thread, just ask it to create a task. Say something like "create a todo to follow up with this customer about the missing item" and the AI will handle the rest.
It automatically fills in the details based on the conversation context:
- Title and description derived from what you discussed
- Thread or dispute link attached automatically — the AI knows which conversation you are in
- Priority and due date set based on urgency cues in the conversation
This means you can stay in the flow of handling messages. When something needs a follow-up, tell the AI, and keep moving. The task will be waiting for you on the Todos page with full context attached.
It works the other way too. You can ask the AI "what tasks do I have pending?" or "create a high priority task for tomorrow to call DHL about order #12345" — and it responds just like a human assistant would.
Priority Levels That Match Your Workflow
Not every task is equally urgent. A dispute deadline is more pressing than updating a product description. Replio's todo system uses four priority levels:
- Urgent — Dispute deadlines, refund requests with tight timelines
- High — Unanswered customer complaints, shipping issues
- Medium — Follow-ups, restock reminders
- Normal — Nice-to-have improvements, internal notes
Each priority is color-coded in the list, so you can scan your tasks at a glance and immediately know where to focus.
Filtering and Search
When your task list grows, you need ways to cut through the noise. The todo page uses the same filter pattern as the messages dashboard:
- Status tabs: Switch between All, Active, and Completed tasks
- Priority filter: Show only urgent tasks, or only normal-priority items
- Full-text search: Find tasks by keyword across titles and descriptions
The filters are designed for quick access. Status tabs are always visible, while priority and search sit on the right side of the toolbar, exactly where you expect them.
Inline Editing
Every task detail is editable directly from the detail modal. Click the edit button to modify:
- Title — Rename a task when the scope changes
- Description — Add details, paste tracking numbers, note customer responses
- Priority — Escalate or de-escalate as situations evolve
- Due date — Adjust deadlines when timelines shift
Changes save instantly and reflect across the dashboard. No separate edit page, no extra clicks.
Comments for Context and Updates
Tasks evolve. A shipping issue that started as "check DHL status" might become "file a claim with courier" three days later. Instead of editing the description every time, use comments to track progress.
Comments work like a mini activity log:
- Add updates as you learn new information
- Note what you tried and what the result was
- Keep a record of decisions for future reference
Each comment is timestamped, so you can always see when an update was added. This is especially useful for tasks that span multiple days or involve back-and-forth with external parties.
How It Fits Into Your Daily Workflow
Here is how sellers typically use integrated todos:
- Morning scan: Open the todo page, filter by Active + Urgent. Handle the most pressing items first.
- During message handling: When a conversation requires a follow-up, create a todo from the chat. Keep moving through the inbox.
- End of day: Review completed tasks. Check if anything new was flagged by the AI assistant.
- Weekly review: Switch to Completed tab to see what was accomplished. Clear out stale items.
The goal is simple: never lose track of a customer follow-up. Whether it is a dispute deadline, a shipping inquiry, or a product question that needs research, every action item lives in one place, linked to the conversation that created it.
